📑 Steps
- Bring your food in a sealed container.
- Store in the fridge if it needs to stay cool.

Heat your food (if needed):
- Microwave: transfer to a microwave-safe container, heat in 1-minute intervals, stir in between.
- Oven: preheat to 180°C, place in an oven-safe dish, and heat for 10–15 minutes.
- Stovetop: pour into a pan and warm on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Eat it cold: some things are just fine at room temperature.
