📑 Steps
- Heat a pan on medium with a little butter or oil.

Prepare your egg:
- Sunny side up: crack into the pan, cook without flipping until the white is set but the yolk is runny.
- Over easy: cook sunny side up, then flip and cook for just 15–30 seconds.
- Over medium: flip and cook for about 1 minute for a partially set yolk.
- Over hard: flip and cook for 2–3 minutes until the yolk is fully set.
- Scrambled: whisk eggs in a bowl, pour into the pan, and stir gently until just set.
- Omelette: whisk eggs, pour into the pan, let set, add fillings, and fold in half.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately. Cold eggs are a cry for help.
